Hello everyone and welcome to the start of an exciting new year. As consciousness continues to rise on our beautiful planet, we are quickly moving forward.
In bidding farewell to 2024, an 8 year (2 + 0 + 2 + 4 = 8), I think most of us would acknowledge we have been through a time of immense growth. We are also likely to feel more resilient and better able to cope with any challenges that arise. This is because number 8, associated with the Earth energy of Saturn and Capricorn, represents the completion of the physical.
The 9 year of 2025 brings spiritual growth and wisdom and is concerned with supporting humanity in a selfless way. Nine is attributed to Mars and Aries, whose element is Fire. This brings passion and drive to whatever we take on. Mars is also dramatic and impatient, and we can avoid external dramas by going into our hearts and taking time to reflect on lessons learnt.
Nine represents completion. We have reached the point of fulfilment of the whole 9-year cycle that commenced in 2017. With strong awareness that we are leaving behind our old way of being, we can expect swift endings. 2025 is the Year of the Snake, and just as the snake sheds its skin, this potent year will see many of us shed our old identities. In relinquishing the past, our belief systems may change, enabling us to discover our true authentic selves.
Dramatic changes will be evident at a planetary level, and we can expect things to shift very fast. At a mundane level, September and October of this year will see many new beginnings. As this incredibly strong wave of energy pours in, this year of revolutionary change sees us moving through exciting times.

January is a 1 month (1 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 5 = 10; 1 + 0 =1), bringing the promise of new beginnings, and opening us up to new possibilities. This is the time to forge ahead with projects we may have put on the back burner because of the busyness of Christmas.
Number 1 is attributed to the Sun and the zodiac sign of Leo, gifting us with creative ideas and enthusiasm to quickly move us forward. January is also the perfect month to plan for that special holiday, or to enrol in a fitness program.
We are in a 9 year, a time of completion, travelling through a 1 month, a time of new beginnings. The Fire element governs both number 9 (Mars and Aries), and the 1 (Sun and Leo). We can therefore avail ourselves of opportunities in this month’s burst of focussed energy to plant seeds for the future. Fire energy burns out quickly, so it’s a good idea to take time out to recuperate.
